As a Senior Digital Producer at SUPPLY you’ll manage projects from beginning to end. You’re the problem solver on your programs, and serve as the ‘go-to’ for both clients and the SUPPLY team. You know the scope, schedule and next steps for all the programs you manage.
Combining skills in project management, client management, and entrepreneurial leadership, the Senior Digital Producer manages SUPPLY’s more complex work from kick-off to delivery. As the central point of contact for project teams and clients, the Senior Producer establishes project plans, budgets, and contracts, tracks progress and removes obstacles for the team, and ensures that we deliver world-class work on strategy, on time and on budget.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with the creative leads to identify opportunities, create and present new scopes of work to existing clients
- Throughout the duration of each program, and especially at kick off, work with clients to clarify requirements, constraints, communication plans, and continually manage client expectations
- Lead focused client meetings and share meeting synthesis with both client and internal teams
- Collaborate with creative leads to resource project teams with availability and skill sets that align with a balance of client and internal needs
- Own and drive the scope and schedule of the projects within your accounts, including resource management and financials tracking
- Independently lead and manage multiple creative projects, engaging directly with client partners, creative leads, and contractors
- Engage with projects on a daily basis to ensure that the team is supported and any blockers are removed or escalated appropriately
- Monitor and communicate key project health metrics on a weekly cadence, mitigating risk and highlighting potential overages before they occur, to assure projects stay on time and on budget
- Ensure final deliverables meet the project objectives, are accurate, and are approved by all stakeholders
- Contribute to the culture of the studio

You bring 10+ years of experience managing creative programs. You’re highly engaged, a proactive communicator, and great at identifying opportunities to help your colleagues and clients succeed. You are a virtuoso of communication clarity, and own your role completely.
