Vanity Fair seeks an energetic, digitally savvy Associate Web Producer to join our fast-paced editorial team. The associate producer will be responsible for building web-first articles and prepping print magazine content for digital formats, including our Royal Watch and HWD Daily newsletters. They will help with website management and curation, both on VF.com and Vanity Fair’s digital archive. This role requires a heavy use of a CMS and newsletter platform, so the ideal candidate will be a digital native, quick learner, and strong communicator. The role will work alongside the Web Producer and report to the Editorial Operations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Building daily articles and galleries for VF.com, including magazine content and online-only features
- Producing the HWD Daily and Royal Watch newsletters
- Managing site upkeep, including curating the homepage, vertical landing pages, and other landing pages
- Assisting in the management of Vanity Fair’s digital archive
- Promoting content by pitching to external editorial sources, including Apple News and Thematic newsletters
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital media, experience with a CMS preferred
- A self-starting team player who is detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills—and tech savviness
- A passion for Vanity Fair’s print and digital content

Conde Nast Entertainment is seeking a Creative Producer to join our dynamic, fast-paced creative team. In this role the Creative Producer will work closely with our Senior Producers, Associate Producers and Directors of Content on all video productions.
The Creative Producer has a strong history of creating and executing high concept digital videos, has a voracious interest in digital video and a deep understanding of how to produce and direct on-camera talent. This role reports into the Executive Producer, GQ//GQ Sports (English Language).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handles all production logistics for a shoot. Working collaboratively with Senior Producer and/or Coordinating Producer when needed.
- Produces shoots with a holistic approach and an eye for detail and what will end up in edit.
- This individual is capable of directing their shoots and working with Associate Producers to bring their projects to fruition.
- Is the driving force behind their shoots. Directs, produces, researches, this role does it all and displays a “all hands on deck” approach to their work ethic.
- Creative directing video shoots, including art direction, onset creative, and/or location selection.
- Excellent knowledge of video, audio and graphics needed throughout the pre & post production process.
- Works closely with Production Management, Coordinating Producers/Senior Producers and Directors.
- Manages the team of writers, researchers, associate producers.
- Must be able to flex creatively and assist producers and/or directors, as needed. Ability to work collaboratively and can take feedback and notes on their projects.
- Strengthen client and brand relationships, foster relationships.
- Have an expert understanding or knowledge of building a channel and programming series across the digital video landscape including Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, etc.
- Collaborate with the creative/strategy teams to bring key concepts to life, but not limited to: renew existing series, revamp format and platform, etc.
- The individual must be nimble and agile to changing asks and timelines.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time while working under tight deadlines with limited resources.
- The individual has experience interacting and managing a-list talent and their reps with professionalism and discretion, as a face of the brand.
- Conduct interviews in the field, in-studio, or via all means necessary.
- Must be able to go through casting options, pre-interviewing talent, and directing talent
- This individual will lead production, provide direction, and partner closely with crew members in the field/studio
- Handle brand and client feedback in a timely and professional manner.

- Manage or support the post production process, responsible for collecting all creative notes through the process, and ensure deadlines are being met. Requirements are, but not
limited to: schedules, paper-cuts, hand-off emails, selects, graphics, music, rough cuts, fine cuts, final narration and final versions, with supervision from the Director of Content Production / Supervising Producer or Executive Producer.
- This individual can quickly pick-up new skills and is willing to become an expert in their field
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 3 years experience producing and developing digital videos on various platforms.
- A demonstrated track record in production execution.

Senior Producer, Branded Entertainment, Beauty & Health
Location: NYC
The Senior Producer of Branded Entertainment for Beauty & Health plays a lead role in the execution of branded video programs, from pre-production, through physical production, and into post-production. The Senior Producer is accountable for the quality of the finished product and for managing every part of the process to get it there, including supervision of other Producers and Associate Producers. This position also serves as a connection point for Executive & Supervising Producers, Creative Development, Production Management, Post-Production, Sales, Marketing, Talent, Legal/Business Affairs and more.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce several concurrent branded video campaigns for high-profile clients across a multitude of brands and ad categories, faithfully ensuring that the creative vision is brought to life on time and in budget, while meeting the highest standards of quality. Oversee and manage the same efforts from Producers and Associate Producers.
- Manage every aspect of our most highly complex productions: source talent, locations, vendors, writers & freelancers as needed, create production timelines and budgets, and manage the review process for both clients and internal stakeholders. Lead shoots, either on set or remotely, as needed.
- Collaborate with Executive Producers and Creative Directors on RFP responses in pre-sale, working up spec budgets and timelines, and problem solving when there are constraints on either. Sometimes take over as pre-sale lead for the Executive Producer as bandwidth allows. Set realistic expectations while negotiating tradeoffs and offering solutions. Make sure each production is poised for success, even before a program is sold.
- Represent the branded production team in client pitch meetings and production calls, leading the conversation on all things production-related.
- Manage the aggressive timelines and expedited execution of social-first campaigns, while supporting the team on larger, big budget campaigns when needed.

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in video production at a publisher, agency, or production company.
- Experienced leading the production of digital long-form video, social-first campaigns, and/or influencer-led executions.
- Experience producing branded video specifically. Experience producing for specific ad categories a strong plus. Experience with other executions such as experiential coverage, digital articles and still photography are a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, in-person & remotely. Highly proficient at writing client-facing and executive-facing emails. Ability to collaborate and lead across a complex and matrixed organization.
- A motivational team mindset, positive attitude and solutions-oriented collaborative style. Ability to juggle and delegate many concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
