Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the end-to-end process from concepting and content production shoots to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Leading and managing a team of producers, directors, photographers, editors, and other production staff, offering direction, feedback, and support throughout the concepting and production process.
- Collaborating with external vendors, such as production companies, rental houses, and freelance talent, to secure necessary services and equipment for shoots.
- Ensuring technical aspects of production, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing, meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Developing and managing production budgets, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining quality standards.
- Creating and managing production schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Working closely with editors and post-production teams to review footage, provide feedback, and ensure final deliverables meet project requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of content production experience,
- Strong eye for cinematography and creative storytelling
- Expertise in the production process and terminology
- Exceptional leadership abilities, excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with production equipment and software tools

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead associated campaigns with a strong eye towards creative expression to ensure identity and audience alignment against strategic goals.
- Guide brief writing/development and provide direction to teams.
- Lead campaign strategies to activate the brand and engage cross-company stakeholders.
- Develop and evolve Brand Guidelines in partnership with Creative Studio as the brand visual identity and strategic identity evolves.
- Partner with other teams and key stakeholders to align brands in the consumer marketing organization portfolio.
- Guide teams across the organization in consistent, multi-faceted, brand-aligned decisions and execution.
- Proactively anticipate and provide guidance to support product, customer experience, and/or marketing execution as it relates to building and/or leveraging the consumer brands.
- Lead or contribute to the development of brand narrative and strategy for the consumer marketing organization brands.
- Lead or contribute to workshops and training to educate teams on brand strategy and expression.
- Partner with internal teams to help build brand perception, research, tracking and reporting through various types of studies to support broader organizational strategy and initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance, brand impact and look for emerging opportunities across the company and portfolio.
- In partnership with product teams, lead or support the development of names for products across the Surface portfolio, ensuring that names align to product roadmap, brand strategy and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years brand/creative strategy experience, which could include brief writing and/or managing strategy on the corporate or agency side.
- 8+ years experience managing projects (e.g., internal stakeholder management, timelines, prioritization, road mapping).
- Experience in naming, brand guidelines and brand education preferred.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- A strategic mindset, able to balance short- and long-term goals, and to translate business objectives into brand solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads all deal account management and maintenance for all their assigned advertisers.
- Day-to-day point of contact for ad agencies and sales teams, booking commercial inventory, implementing agency requests and changes for their ad schedules, and ensures accuracy with deal points and traffic instructions.
- Provide ongoing feedback for improved efficiencies.
- Ensure deal dollars are booked and consistent to what the advertiser purchased.
- Resolves invoice discrepancies to further our network collection target of 75-day DSO (improves company cash flow).
- Work with Accounting to execute pricing adjustments and other invoice adjustments as needed.
- Work with the traffic team as needed to ensure booked inventory corresponds to the traffic instructions received, escalating with the buying agency and sales when required.
- Responds to evolving business needs, and tasks/projects set forth by management.
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships with buying agencies, creative agencies, traffic agencies and internal departments supporting Customer Marketing and Sales.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of communications admin experience
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Proven leadership & problem-solving skills
- Has experience and enjoys both working independently and collaboratively with a team
