Position Summary
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Entertainment team at our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
This position will support the development and execution of SHEIN’s entertainment and experiential strategy. We are looking for a driven and organized individual with a passion for entertainment, events, and culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing and managing campaign and event materials including workback schedules, planning decks, budgets, processing invoices and managing contract approvals.
- Support administrative needs of the team (coordinate calendars, book travel, manage billing and expenses, facilities/IT requests, assist with meeting prep)
- Provide input, route, and update internal planning documents and communicate important updates across the marketing and PR teams.
- Engage in ongoing industry analysis of competitive brands/campaigns.
- Assist in creating goals, KPIs and metrics for each project and compiling recaps and reporting documents accordingly.
- Employ note taking principles and serve as the team’s information collector.
- Assist with contracts and processing invoices and payments.
- Development of templates or processes that help streamline work and keep updates and information organized.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in event or experiential marketing, preferably in the entertainment or fashion industry.
- General understanding of experiential marketing and events.
- Passion for entertainment and culture.
- Hardworking and eager to learn.
- Self-starter with excellent organization, self-leadership, and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, and reorder workload in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google suite, and Microsoft office tools (Google slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel for events and site visits, as needed.
Pay: $20 – $27 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a Director, Social Media to join our growing team. The Director, Social Media will manage a team to drive all U.S. SHEIN social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest. The Director of Social Media will find creative ways to activate on social and parter with Content, Brand PR, Partnerships, Campus and Influencer teams to continue to grow SHEIN’s online presence. This team is the company’s resource for pop culture, trends, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8+ organic social team members
- Source new emerging social platforms and foster new innovative ideas
- Ensure timely response to comments across all social accounts for better engagement
- Work closely with PR team to respond to negative comments and in crisis situations
- Continue to grow TikTok and Instagram followers
- Partner with influencer agencies on various campaigns
- Develop strategies to acquire a new customer demographic (Millennials and Gen Z)
- Create and manage U.S. social media budget
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7+ years of consumer brand experience/relevant agency expertise
- An ideal candidates will have a personal rolodex of influencer talent and an eye for new upcoming talent
- Have a proven track record of building small accounts from the thousands to millions
- Instagram/TikTok expert
- Must have 3-4 years of management or supervisory experience with large teams
- Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation, and intuition
- Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
- Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same time
Pay Range: $130,000.00 min – $149,600.00 max annually. Plus bonus and RSU.

Position Summary
Our Influencer Marketing Supervisor will report to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to execute SHEIN’s monthly influencer and celebrity lookbooks. Our ideal candidate will have a pulse on current fashion and entertainment trends including media, celebrities and influencers. You’re not only creative, but goal oriented, data-driven and have an all-around positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee our calendar of monthly influencer edits and lookbooks from start to finish.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure each lookbook initiative aligns with our brand goals and objectives and is executed on time and within budget.
- Manage substantial talent budgets to generate profitable customer acquisition and ROI.
- Compile, analyze, and assess the performance of each lookbook to make strategic decisions and improvements.
- Maintain an influencer database with accurate and up to date brand partnerships.
- Monitor event calendar and coordinate campaigns around major events.
- Build strong relationships with talent, influencers, and agencies.
- Achieve the brand’s objectives and adhere to financial policies and procedures in relation to plans and budgets.
- Use tools like Tribe Dynamics for social tracking, database management, and reporting campaign KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of +3 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR and/or social media marketing experience preferably in fashion.
- An ideal candidates will have a personal rolodex of influencer and celebrity talent relationships with and an eye for new upcoming talent.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Master multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and problem solve independently.
- Fluent in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, social, PR and other marketing functions and departments both stateside and internationally.
- Comfortable with occasional travel.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and dealing with ambiguity.
- Prior event planning experience is a plus!
Pay: $90,000.00 -$112,700.00 plus bonus.
