We’re looking for a Contract Digital Producer with a strong background in producing projects across any and all digital channels. You are excellent at delivering on scopes of work, managing teams of UX and UI designers, developers and project managers. You roll your sleeves up and work side by side with your team to meet the defined goals and project requirements and are able to clearly communicate status. You do not just take orders, you consult and guide projects towards success. You can navigate the process in a way that makes you invaluable to the relationship and project.

This role will be freelance to start, with potential for growth into a full-time permanent position pending performance and scope of work.

  • Representing and protecting project requirements
  • Learning client’s proprietary CMS platform
  • Budget and timeline management
  • Identifying scope creep
  • Translating feedback into actionable items for team members
  • Consultation and education on digital production process
  • Ticket writing
  • Backlog management
  • Resource management
  • Client communication
  • Keeping projects on track
  • Accountability to project, client and team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience producing web applications and digital campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and presentational
  • Strong leadership skills / ability to own projects and relationships
  • Personality – you have a sense of urgency, but they never see you sweat!
  • Solid understanding of both agile and waterfall workflows
  • Owner of Jira process on projects
  • Content creation background a plus

Haus Los Angeles

Overview

Looking to add a talented full-time production designer to our Los Angeles team. You will be working on a team that supports a large entertainment client. We are responsible for providing content, largely around adapting images and artwork to a specific spec. You are able to respond quickly and turn things around in a timely manner. You are a self starter, can work independently, and are able to manage your time effectively. We are looking for someone who is willing to take a flexible schedule which includes a later shift of 11am-8pm and will include a Saturday or flexible scheduling with another resource that could include a couple Saturdays a month.

About The Job

  • Assist with high volume standardized asset production with changing specifications per project
  • Juggle quick turnarounds for projects with competing deadlines
  • Managing your own time and executing priorities as tasked in a remote work environment
  • Work closely with your supervisor in the day to day and to navigate and deliver any out of the ordinary requests
  • Remain easy to work with when receiving and executing direction/feedback
  • Maintain a clear POV on quality (especially for composition and lighting) compared to usual deliverables
  • Execute tasks like retouching, graphic design, matching new requests to layout templates, file delivery to multiple platforms, etc.
  • Ability to organize files and delivery correctly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years working of digital production experience in graphic design in a digital, creative environment (agency and/or in-house) for a tech/entertainment/consumer brand
  • Demonstrable experience working in Adobe Photoshop for retouching and graphic design
  • Project Management experience is a HUGE PLUS!
  • Expert in all aspects of graphic design with proven ability to create high-quality creative (portfolio required)
  • Understand, advocate, and embody the company’s values and team goals
  • Flexible with a good sense of humor
  • A love of movies and TV shows
  • English communication, both written and verbal

Looking to add a talented production designer to our Los Angeles team. You will be partnering with clients, developers and other creative staff at HAUS. You’re smart, confident, highly competent, an excellent communicator—and mature enough not to have an ego. You should be very focused on the details and making sure every pixel is thought out. You possess a mix of both creative and technical skills and can work quickly but remain extremely detail-oriented. You should be incredibly independent and able to self manage. You should be a Photoshop PRO!

About The Job
