Job Summary:

Digital Video/Social Associate Producers will oversee the daily creation and curation of video content production elements for premium ESPN digital shows, specifically SportsNation. They write scripts, produce video, and create graphics. This individual must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to recognize unique and compelling content that will thrive in mobile digital/social environments. An associate will need to be able to think creatively in order to produce for both vertical and horizontal content consumption. Must have or develop an awareness of the operations of multiple ESPN units in order to collaborate successfully with creative services, production operations, social production, and technology to ensure that we maintain and evolve the tools and processes required to deliver digital video content to fans in the highest-quality, most creative, and most efficient ways possible. The Associate Music Producer assists the Disney Live Entertainment Music Department staff and consultants, advises/consults with producers, project managers, directors and writers regarding music business/budget issues, creative concepts and music for shows under the guidance of a Music Producer or Principal Music Producer. The Associate Music Producer may also assist with compositions, arrangements, and orchestrations of music for shows, parades and special events, as well as conduct rehearsals and performances of selected live music for shows and special events under the guidance of a Music Producer or Principal Music Producer. For projects of a smaller scale, the Associate Music Producer may take full responsibility for the completion of a project independently.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist with the creation and production of music for Entertainment division projects, as well as special projects, monitoring the quality and quantity of work done by consultants.

ABC News Live has an opening for a dynamic Associate Producer.  The ideal candidate is someone who is looking to tell truly compelling stories and constantly be ready to update those stories with new information. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to react to breaking news. This associate producer must be able to generate ideas, source video, show solid news judgment, and work under tight deadline pressure.
