A promotional marketing agency is seeking reliable, professional, and engaging Brand Ambassadors for ongoing in-store product sampling demonstrations at Target locations. This opportunity is ideal for customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with shoppers, representing brands, and creating positive consumer experiences.

Selected ambassadors will conduct product demonstrations, engage with customers, and support promotional campaigns at participating retail locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store product sampling and demonstration events.
• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate shoppers about featured products and promotions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively.
• Arrive on time and complete assigned shifts as scheduled.
• Follow all event guidelines and retailer requirements.

Requirements

• Reliable private transportation.
• Strong punctuality and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a retail environment.
• Comfortable standing and interacting with shoppers throughout the shift.
• Must follow uniform and appearance guidelines.

Uniform Guidelines

• Solid black collared shirt with sleeves (no logos, patterns, or sleeveless tops).
• Black pants and non-slip shoes.
• No jewelry, visible tattoos, or colored nails.
• Optional plain black sweater or jacket without logos or oversized styling.

Compensation Details

• $23 per hour.
• 4.75-hour shifts.
• Mandatory 30-minute unpaid break.
• Ongoing opportunities available for qualified Brand Ambassadors.

Registered Nurses & Registered Dietitians for Wellness Events

Job Description
Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Dietitians (RD/RDNs) are needed for paid shopper-facing wellness events at major retail locations. This non-clinical role focuses on wellness education, including blood glucose and diabetes awareness, in a friendly, engaging environment. Ideal for licensed healthcare professionals looking for short-term, well-paid event work.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical wellness education to shoppers

• Engage with the public in a professional, approachable manner

• Support health awareness initiatives related to blood glucose and diabetes

• Represent wellness programming at in-store events

Requirements

• Active RN license or RD/RDN credential

• Licensed and eligible to work in the applicable market

• Comfortable speaking with and educating the public

• Prior wellness, nutrition, or patient-facing experience preferred

Compensation

• $100 per hour

• Paid hourly for event participation

Casting Call: Sampling Staff – Brand Ambassador

Location: Various locations in Florida

Job Description: GTE Agency is currently seeking energetic, engaging, and reliable sampling staff for on-going Demos in your area. We’re looking for individuals who excel at product demonstrations, enjoy interacting with event guests, and can follow instructions diligently. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be showcasing a variety of products during each shift. We value dedication and reliability and look forward to working with you in this exciting Program.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet event guests and invite them to try the samples.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adjust your approach in accordance with the store manager’s requests.
• Share product messaging and distribute coupons (if available).
• Set up and break down the cart and sampling area.
• Maintain a clean station by picking up as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to health requirements and follow COVID guidelines.
• Complete Client JET online report and provide a minimum of three performance photos for upload within 24 hours.
• Complete Client Time Sheet in-store, obtaining a store stamp and signature.
• Maintain regular communication with your Account Executive.

Program Requirements:

• Must be able to work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Must be available on selected dates between 10/20-10/22 (see below for specific locations).
• For Alcohol Demos, certification is mandatory.

Requirements:

• Must have demo knowledge and enjoy working with product demos.
• Must be reliable, energetic, and engaging.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to adjust approach per store manager’s request.
• Must have common sense regarding health requirements.
• Must follow COVID guidelines.

Compensation:

• $20/HR for NON-Alcohol Demos (6 HR Demos with Mandatory Unpaid 30-minute break)
• $25/HR for Alcohol Demos (4 HR Demos)
