‘Magnificent Seven’ starring Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke open casting call in Louisiana.
Have you ever wanted to appear in a movie with Denzel Washington? Well the ‘Training Day’ duo, Ethan Hawke and Washington are teaming up again for the upcoming movie the ‘Magnificent Seven’ and casting directors are looking for actors, models, and talent to work on the upcoming feature film. ‘Magnificent Seven’ will also feature Chris Pratt.
The 1960 original, itself a remake of Akira Kurosawa’s “Seven Samurai,” starred Yul Brynner and Steve McQueen. It centered on seven gunslingers who protect an oppressed Mexican village from a group of outlaws.
This will be the second time Ethan Hawke and Denzel Washington worked on a movie together. Their first movie, ‘Training Day’ was a major hit in the box office and led to both men receiving Oscar nominations, with Denzel Washington winning an Academy Award for best actor.
Central Casting Louisiana is looking for extras to work on scenes filming around Baton Rouge, St. Francisville and Zachary, Louisiana. Filming will begin shooting in May through August and there will be lots of opportunities for multiple days of work.
Since, this is a western casting directors are looking for men and women to that look like cowboys. So start growing out your facial hair and women should not have modern haircuts.

Looking for a photo double who can attend a wardrobe fitting tomorrow, Friday 8/21 in Jackson, LA with open availability starting Monday 8/24 through the end of the month.
Caucasian looking male who appears to be 20s-40s with brown hair and facial hair. Must be 5’6-5’7, slim build, and wear a 36-38 coat.
Rate is $150/12.

Still accepting submissions of all ethnicities of men, women & children with really good old west looks. Especially looking for very SKINNY builds and good charactery faces.
Also needing a good amount of Native American & Asian looking, in addition to all other ethnicities.
We are also still looking for Infant Caucasian Twins and Adult Male Amputees.
Those selected will need to be available for A LOT of work! We are selecting people from these submissions to work 20-25 days from June 1st through July 20th as well as many others to work many days from July 20th through August 18th.
You must be able to attend a fitting in Baton Rouge over the next 2 weeks and work in Jackson, Louisiana.
