Matthew Rochat

Born and raised in Minnesota, I'm a performer with an academic twist, recently finishing a PhD in Political Science at the University of California Santa Barbara. Before grad school took over, I spent years acting in classes, workshops, and small productions during high school and college. Now I’m coming back to what I’ve always loved: telling stories. I’m comfortable working in a wide range of genres including drama, comedy, and action, and I bring a grounded, thoughtful presence to each role. While I appreciate all forms of acting, I’m especially drawn to on-camera work and the intimacy it allows.
