I am a 36 year old chef by trade. I have many passions and hobbies including snowboarding, trail running, scuba diving, and am advocate for animals. Traveling and experiencing new opportunities is a must in this life. Food is my passion, it is the center of every gathering that we know of. Rather holidays, social events, or just bring the family together at night around a nice home-cooked meal. I have taught culinary courses as well as ran some of the most amazing restaurants here in Colorado. As a chef de cuisine, there are no limits.
