We are casting skilled mime performers, aged 20-50, of any gender and ethnicity, for a hotel site commercial filming in Thailand. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your mime skills in a high-quality production set in a beautiful international location. All travel expenses will be covered, and talent must have a valid U.S. passport with at least six months until expiration. Selected talent will need to be available for the full shoot window, which includes Thanksgiving.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mime Performance: Perform as a mime in various scenes, demonstrating exceptional control, expression, and professionalism.
  • Follow Direction: Collaborate with the director and production team to deliver the desired performance for the commercial.
  • Attend Fittings and Travel as Needed: Be available for wardrobe fittings prior to the shoot and prepared for travel and down days as scheduled.

Job Requirements:

  • Age Range: 20-50 years old
  • Gender: Open to all genders
  • Ethnicity: Open to all ethnicities
  • Mime Skills: Must have experience as a mime and be comfortable performing on camera.
  • Passport Requirement: Must hold a valid U.S. passport that does not expire within the next six months.
  • Availability: Must be available for the full shoot window from November 19 to December 2, including the possibility of missing Thanksgiving in the U.S.

Compensation:

  • Session Fee: $700 for 10 hours
  • Fitting Fee: $75 per hour (up to 4 hours maximum)
  • Travel Day Rate: $350
  • Down Day Rate: $350
  • Buyout: $7,500 (if talent appears in the final edit and content is used)
    • Second Year Buyout Option: $7,500 with a 10% increase
  • Print Fee (if used): $2,000, with a 10% increase for the second year
  • Per Diem: $50 per day
  • Travel Expenses: Roundtrip Premium Economy airfare and U.S. airport transfer reimbursement upon submission of receipts

  • Sound: 14–16-year-old Jamaican, joyful and sincere.
  • Traits: Kid sister vibes, party planner extraordinaire.

Requirements:

  • Talent must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and pay Ontario taxes.
