Snoop Dogg was briefly held in custody in Sweden as authorities suspected he had drugs.

According to reports, police pulled over Snoop Dogg’s car after a concert Saturday night in Uppsala, Sweden, after which he was arrested.

“Police carrying out roadside controls noticed that Snoop Dogg [whose car was pulled over] seemed to be under the influence of narcotics. He was arrested and taken to the police station to take a urine test,” police spokesman Daniel Nilsson told the publication.

“The incident lasted several minutes. Once the test was carried out he left,” Nilsson went on.

Snoop Dogg would later have something to say about the arrest. The rapper posted a NSFW video on Instagram on Sunday, reassuring fans and revealing details behind the incident.

“They took me down there, made me pee in a cup. They didn’t find s–t,” he said in the video.

“It’s better to be searched and not found with nothing than not to be searched at all,” he continued. “F–k y’all.”

According to the local.se, it’s not Snoop Dogg’s fault that he got pulled over but, racist stereotypes taught by police officers in Sweden. There has been evidence that the Swedish police used “Neger Niggersson” as a nickname for a criminal in a police training; this was published in Swedish media. Lately however, many incidents of racial attitudes and discrimination of the Swedish police have led for the first time to the control of racial attitudes of police students under police education . A recent research done by the Swedish Confederation for Professional Employees (TCO) found that people with foreign background have much lower chances of finding a job that is appropriate for their education, even when they have grown up in Sweden and got their education in Swedish institutes.

“Neger Niggersson” and “Oskar Neger” (Negro). Two names used by Skåne police in their internal training. A participating officer reported the incident to senior officers but no inquiry was launched.

According to local newspaper Sydsvenskan a course in sequestration was held for around fifty staff at the county police department in Malmö in the spring of 2008.

The instructor displayed the names to be used in the course on a screen. Among them were “Neger Niggersson” and “Oskar Neger”.

Several participants reacted to the use of the names.

Discovery’s ‘Deadliest Catch’ producer, Joe McMahon was shot and killed. The suspect would later commit suicide.

Joe McMahon, a former associate producer on Discovery’s ‘Deadliest Catch,’ was shot and killed outside his home in Pasadena early Friday. He was only 24.

According to McMahon’s IMDB page, he worked as an associate producer on the Discovery docuseries ‘Deadliest Catch’ for nine episodes in 2013. ‘Deadliest Catch’ would later receive several Emmy Award nominations and winning two for Outstanding Cinematography for Reality Programming and Outstanding Picture Editing for Reality Programming.

Discovery said, “We are heartsick about this tragedy — our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and to all that knew and worked with him.”

According to CBS, police responded to a call in the 3600 block of Yorkshire Road near the corner of Rosemead Boulevard at 2:19 a.m. after reports of a possible gunshot victim.

Family members told reporters that McMahon heard a noise outside and went to investigate just before he was killed.

“We do know that he did leave the house right before the shooting,” Lt. Holly Francisco said. “People heard gunshots and found the victim.”

The suspect in the shooting was found dead of a suspected suicide Friday afternoon, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said Friday.

The suspect, who appears to be a 24-year-old man, died of “what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound,” according to police. He was found in his vehicle in the Los Angeles Police Department – West Los Angeles Division area.

Authorities are withholding the suspect’s identity pending next of kin notification.

Tom Cruise reveals why he chose to do all of his own stunts on ‘Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation’.

Love him or hate him, Tom Cruise is one fearless man. Recently, it was revealed that Tom Cruise did not use a single stunt double in the upcoming Mission Impossible movie.

One of the biggest scenes in the new Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation movie features a man shooting a real machine gun at the actor.

“This was my first experience with stunts, and an expert marksman was aiming at me!” he told W magazine. “Between takes I pulled the guy aside and said, ‘Have you done this before? You’re not going to shoot me, are you?’ I was terrified that my first big part would be my last.”

Tom Cruise didn’t get shot that day but, it grew his love for doing his own stunt work.

“There is no stunt double in this movie,” says Wade Eastwood, stunt coordinator on “Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation,” the fifth film in the high-octane espionage franchise, out Friday. “The only time we used them was in rehearsal.”

In a recent interview with NY Post, he explained why he chose to do all of his own stunts for the movie and ultimately he points out that he loves how realistic the movie is now that they don’t have to cut away to a stunt person.

Tom Cruise spent weeks learning how to become a stunt driver and the actor learned how to hold is breath underwater for six minutes.

“The audience is becoming more critical, and they always want more,” Eastwood says.

But, that doesn’t mean he’s not scared. “I was scared s - - tless,” Cruise confessed of this stunt at April’s CinemaCon in Las Vegas.

We could go on and on but, it is important to note that the cast of ‘The Walking Dead’ that are still alive have had a harder time landing roles on other TV shows and movies. But, it begs the question, why? If you are working on the most watched TV show in the United States, you would expect producers, casting directors and filmmakers lining up at your door with scripts, and movie ideas. Well, apparently Hollywood doesn’t really like actors on ‘The Walking Dead’.

Hollywood producers revealed that they were more likely to give a role to an actor or actress on the ‘Game of Thrones’ than on ‘The Walking Dead’.

According to Hollywood casting directors, here is why Hollywood likes Game of Thrones actors versus The Walking Dead talents:

The mostly European Thrones cast is more appealing to U.S. studio executives and audiences, says a casting director who has worked with actors from both shows: “They have a fresh feel.” Even veteran actors have benefited from Thrones‘ exoticizing effect. Dance briefly was on Hollywood’s radar in the early ’90s with Alien 3 and The Last Action Hero before returning to his native England. Now, in addition to Zombies, he’s in Dracula Untold and the upcoming Stalin-era thriller Child 44, opposite Tom Hardy. “These parts are making the actors be seen in a new light,” says the casting director. Here’s what Steven Yuen had to say about getting auditions ever since he landed a role on ‘The Walking Dead’.

“People ask, ‘So, how are the roles now? You must be getting so many.’ And it’s like, I don’t know if you know, but I’m Asian still,” Yeun told TheWrap earlier in July, laughing. “It’s not a complaint, that’s just how it is now, and I have to forge my own path through it and see that through. I think that if I had not been Asian, I probably would have a whole plethora of roles, at least to audition for, but it’s just not what has been written.”

Landing a recurring role on ‘The Walking Dead’ may be great to building your career. However, it is a dual edged sword as actors are struggling to find auditions and move on from killing zombies.

This will be ‘Key and Peele‘ final season.

‘Key and Peele’ have quickly become of the most watched and viral comedians Comedy Central ever featured since Dave Chappelle’s departure. On Comedy Central’s YouTube page, ‘Key and Peele’ videos have the most views. But, sadly this may be the last time we will ever see Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele on Comedy Central.

According to Variety, the comedy duo are calling it quits after the end of season five.

“This is our final season – and it’s not because of Comedy Central, it’s us,” Key told the Wrap. “It was just time for us to explore other things, together and apart. I compare it to Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor. We might make a movie and then do our own thing for three years and then come back and do another movie.”

“There will be Key and Peele productions coming up,” Key said. “We’re doing the reboot of ‘Police Academy,’ and there’s a TV show in the works that me might do for Comedy Central. There’s lots of stuff we have cooking up.”

Season five of “Key and Peele”, which premiered earlier this month, will end in September. The sketch series, which started in 3 years ago, received several Emmy nominations this year, including nominations for Outstanding Variety Sketch Series and an Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series nod for Key. ‘Key and Peele’ helped Comedy Central rack up 25 Emmy noms for the upcoming ceremony.

According to reports, Bill Cosby asked a talent agency to send him broke and out-of-town models.

In a new report by Gawker, Bill Cosby’s deposition in 2005 recently revealed how the comedian made arrangements with a New York modeling agency in the 1980s to set up dinners in his dressing room with young, struggling models from outside New York. At least one of the women who dined with Cosby later accused him of pressuring her into sex.

The Washington Post reports that Cosby told the modeling agency owner Sue Charney he was looking to meet in the Cosby Show studio with girls who were “not financially doing well,” and saw it as a “present” Charney could offer her clients.

“It’s a very, very good meal, probably better than anything they’ve had the time that they’re in New York,” Cosby said in 2005, describing the arrangement under questioning.

Jennifer Thompson, a 17-year-old aspiring actress who wanted to move to New York, was one of the women who accepted Cosby’s offer. She would later become one of the 13 witnesses who joined Andrea Constand’s 2005 lawsuit against Cosby, which was later dismissed a year later.

“He promised my parents he’d take care of me. The first time I met him, I had tears in my eyes,” she told People last year under a pseudonym.

Her parents agreed to let her move to New York only because of Cosby’s assurances he’d take care of her, she said, but it became clear to her that Cosby had more in mind than helping an aspiring actress.

“He said, ‘Get that magazine, pick an outfit and I’ll get you that outfit. You’ll wear that outfit and we’ll go out to a nice dinner. And then you can come back here,’ “ she told People,“ ‘and you can have Amaretto, your favorite, and you’ll be tired so you can just stay here and sleep on the couch.’”

Eventually, she said, Cosby pressured her for sex at his home, and she reluctantly gave him a handjob. She said he gave her $700 before she left. He responded in the deposition that any touching he had done had been consensual.

Similar to the plaintiff in the 2005 case, Andrea Constand, alleged that Cosby offered her money for education as an incentive to make the damaging accusations to go away.

“Defendant admitted to the police and in his deposition that the plaintiff and her mother did not ask for money or the “educational trust” which he called to offer to her after the initial phone conversation with plaintiff and her mother. He further admitted that he had previously used the “educational trust” device to pay one of the Rule 415 witnesses, when he believed that she was going to reveal their liaison,” Constand’s attorney wrote in the newly unsealed documents.

Former Daily Show correspondent, Wyatt Cenac reveals how Jon Stewart caused him to have a nervous breakdown.

Remember when everyone loved Jon Stewart’s opinion on the Charleston shooting? Well, Jon Stewart may still be pretty clueless about racism, at least when he was being called out on it. That’s what former correspondent Wyatt Cenac argues, recalling the time how Jon Stewart told him to “f*ck off” when Cenac called him out on a racist joke he made.

As Wyatt Cenac told Marc Maron on Maron’s podcast, in 2011, Jon Stewart did an impression of the blackk Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain. After Fox News took issue with the voice the Daily Show host put on, Jon Stewart wanted to do a segment called “everything I do is racist”, so Cenac told him that he also had an issue with the voice. Well that didn’t go over too well.

Here’s what he had to say:

[Stewart] got incredibly defensive. I remember he was like, What are you trying to say? There’s a tone in your voice. I was like, “There’s no tone. It bothered me. It sounded like Kingfish.” And then he got upset. And he stood up and he was just like, “F*ck off. I’m done with you.” And he just started screaming that to me. And he screamed it a few times. “F*ck off! I’m done with you.” And he stormed out. And I didn’t know if I had been fired.

The fight carried on at Stewart’s office and was only stopped when one of the office dogs began pawing at them. (Aww.) Eventually, the show had to go on, and Cenac remembers going outside to a baseball field and having a breakdown. “I was shaking, and I just sat there by myself on the bleachers and fucking cried. And it’s a sad thing. That’s how I feel. That’s how I feel in this job. I feel alone,” he said.

“I represent my community,” added Cenac. “I represent my people, and I try to represent them the best that I can. I gotta be honest if something seems questionable, because if not, then I don’t want to be in a position where I am being untrue not just to myself but to my culture, because that’s exploitative.”
