Netflix’s Mindhunter Season 2 is now casting marine colonels and FBI admins in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Casting directors are now casting actors, models, and talent to work on scenes filming on April 30th and May 1st in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Producers are seeking the following types:

  • NOW CASTING : For work date April 30, 2018. MARINE COLONEL for MINDHUNTER : fit, buzzed hair, clean shaven (or willing to shave )
  • NOW CASTING: for work dates April 30 and May 1, 2018 – FBI Admin for MINDHUNTER. Middle aged, clean cut, 1979 hair. Short but not buzzed. Must be available to work in Cranberry for the ENTIRE DAY and come to a wardrobe fitting in Cranberry 1 – 2 weeks before shoot dates.

About Mindhunter:

Catching a criminal often requires the authorities to get inside the villain’s mind to figure out how he thinks. That’s the job of FBI agents Holden Ford and Bill Tench. They attempt to understand and catch serial killers by studying their damaged psyches. Along the way, the agents pioneer the development of modern serial-killer profiling. The crime drama has a strong pedigree behind the camera, with Oscar-nominated director David Fincher and Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron among the show’s executive producers.

English actor Douglas Booth has been cast as bassist Nikki Sixx. Game of Thrones actor Iwan Rheon, who played the villainous Ramsay Bolton, is in talks to join the cast as guitarist Mick Mars. About Steven Spielberg’s West Side Story:

Spielberg is developing a remake of the 1961 Robert Wise street-gang musical, with Lincoln and Munich screenwriter Tony Kushner penning the adaptation.

Little else is known about the project, apart from a casting notice seeking three Latino performers for the roles of Maria, Anita, and Bernardo and a Caucasian actor for the role of Tony. 

West Side Story is a 1961 American musical romantic tragedy film by Robert Wise and Jerome Robbins. The film is an adaptation of the 1957 Broadway musical of the same name, which in turn was inspired by William Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet. It stars Natalie Wood, Richard Beymer, Russ Tamblyn, Rita Moreno, and George Chakiris, and was photographed by Daniel L. Fapp, A.S.C., in Super Panavision 70. Released on October 18, 1961, through United Artists, the film received high praise from critics and viewers, and became the second highest grossing film of the year in the United States. The film was nominated for 11 Academy Awards and won 10, including Best Picture (as well as a special award for Robbins), becoming the record holder for the most wins for a movie musical.

The film has been deemed “culturally significant” by the United States Library of Congress and was selected for the National Film Registry in 1997.
