If you look past all of the tired scary movie jokes, the new trailer for A Haunted House 2 is actually pretty funny.

It takes those cheesy Facebook personal “movies” that everyone created and turned them into a hilarious movie trailer.

The previous Haunted House movie made 59 million dollars with only a 2.5 million dollar budget. So, in an effort to cash in on the “Haunted House” movies, Hollywood is making a sequel.

The feature film features Jaime Pressly, Cedric the Entertainer and the whole cast and crew from the first one!

Most parents’ videos of their kids are boring.

But, Daniel Hashimoto, who is a Dreamworks animator as well as a father, has been putting his animation skills to use with the help of his 3-year-old son.

A trip to Toys-R-Us turns into an epic Star Wars battle. Jumping from couch to couch becomes an action sequence with a real lava swamp. This is great stuff, and after seeing these videos, I’m hoping that one day I can get my Adobe photoshop skills to do more than just copy and paste.

Here’s the full teaser trailer for Michael Bay’s Ninja Turtles

We have the full trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, produced by Michael Bay and directed by Jonathan Liebesman, of Battle: Los Angeles.

The movie is set to open on August 8th.

The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan. [JoBlo]

“Banecat” is hilarious!

When we first saw the video about “Banecat” we thought it was going to be a corny parody of the Batman movie. But, after watching a few seconds into the video it was way funnier than I even expected.

The hilarious cat in a Bane costume basically seals the deal but, when you see the full costume it makes the whole 2 minutes completely worth watching.

Watch the latest movie trailer for the upcoming Hercules movie!

Hercules is the upcoming movie adaptation of Steve Moore and Admira Wijaya’s comic book about the mythological warrior.

In this version, however, Dwayne Johnson as the muscular demigod has fallen from grace, following his completion of his famous 12 Labors.

Herc now spends his days traveling Greece with his five most loyal companions, who together work as mercenaries-for-hire seeking gold (and little else). [ScreenRant]

“Let’s Be Cops” movie trailer is finally here.

After filming in Atlanta last summer the feature film “Let’s Be Cops” finally receives a movie trailer and it’s pretty hilarious.

Have you ever wondered how well Damon Wayans Jr. would do in a comedy? The result is Let’s Be Cops, which features Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans as a pair of 30-something losers with no jobs and/or women, decide to dress up like cops!

As the new red band trailer for Let’s Be Cops illustrates, the possibilities for becoming a cop are endless and exciting. In June of last year, filming was in full swing and CL Casting was looking for speaking roles and background extra roles.

Did you know parts of the “Wolf of Wall Street” Movie was filmed on an iPhone?

In an interview with Martin Scorsese, the director of The Wolf of Wall Street, he discussed how they tried to cut back on the production costs by filming certain scenes with an iPhone.

The interview was with Adam Somner the assistant director and it occurred at the ICM in Century City.

BET’s hit television series ‘Being Mary Jane’ is back for a second season and casting directors are now casting actress Lisa Vidal’s stand-in.

BET’s ‘Being Mary Jane’ comes from the producers of the award-winning, BET comedy The Game. The hit series was recently renewed for a second season and features the talented Gabrielle Union.

‘Being Mary Jane’ centers on Mary Jane Paul, a successful TV news anchor who runs into modern day experiences that men and women can both understand and engage in. This intense drama shows Mary Jane juggling her life, her relationships, and her personal commitments.

Lisa Vidal is best known for her roles in television series Third Watch, The Division, ER, and The Event. She began working on BET’s ‘Being Mary Jane’ in 2013. Now casting directors are looking for her stand-in.

Los Angeles had a 4.4 magnitude earthquake this Morning morning, and KTLA anchors Megan Henderson and Chris Schauble were caught on the air and it was recorded on live television.

Unfortunately for them, the unintentionally hilarious reaction see below, has gone viral.

Anchor Chris Schauble face read “earthquake” way before his mouth could utter the words.

The Sunset Blvd. studio where KTLA is filmed was visibly shaken, and their reactions were priceless and most likely very warranted. At any rate the video could be used as a “what to d0” during an earthquake infomercial.

So we sat down and talked to several casting directors and asked them why most actors do not get a call back or do not book the role.

Basically, most of the casting directors commented on the fact that there are a ton of reasons why most actors do not get a call back. Essentially, it can come down to what they look like, how they walk, and a list of things most actors cannot control.

So, the next time you have an audition. Don’t worry about it. It is most likely not your acting abilities, but something else that you cannot even predict or control.

Here is a common mistake actors make during auditions.

Most actors fail to stay in character after their audition. For example, as soon as the audition is over, actors should still remain in character. This is a common technique that a lot of New York City trained actors do to stand out in the audition. This will show producers and directors your dedication.

So here are his quick tip to try to improve your audition. Basically, try stay to in character for 24 hours. This will test your acting abilities and really put yourself into the mindframe of the actor you are trying to demonstrate.

Watch this video mash-up between HBO’s True Detective and ‘King of Hill’. Boomhauer was a Texas-born, philosopher long before Rust Cohle was a character on ‘True Detective’. Perhaps, he was the insipiration to Nic Pizzolatto hit series.

This is the video for 10-year-old Grace Liu’s song “Get In My Car,” and it was made by Patrice Wilson, the guy who wrote “Friday” for Rebecca Black.

She sings about flying around in a car with friends. In the verses, Patrice has the lead singer mostly singing Chinese. Most of which makes no sense.

And then there’s a rap part where Patrice Wilson shows up and actually raps in Chinese.

It’s pretty entertaining and we are already singing it in the office.
