‘Blade Runner’ Sequel Suffers Horrific On-Set Accident

Blade Runner sequel featuring Ryan Gosling suffers horrific on-set accident killing a construction worker.

A film set can be a magical place. It is where dreams come true. However, it can also be a dangerous place, where people sometimes die.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, a construction worker was killed on set of the upcoming Blade Runner sequel.

“The worker was underneath a platform, upon which the set was constructed, when it suddenly collapsed,” read a statement sent to The Hollywood Reporter by Origo Studios. “The cause of the accident is not yet known.”

Blade Runner features Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Jared Leto and Robin Wright. Directed by Denis Villeneuve and produced by Ridley Scott, written by Hampton Fancher and Michael Green. It is the sequel to Blade Runner and sees Harrison Ford reprise his role as Rick Deckard.

Famous actors are now getting hacked now more than ever.

Tom Hiddleston’s Instagram page was hacked on Friday, with the hacker posting screen shots of other Snapchat accounts linked to the actor’s social media account.

According to the , the hacker used the name “Mr. Control” and posted mysterious messages like, “Afford to take the injustice of people but when my turn will not have mercy on me.” And, “Fans Tom Hiddleston Don’t worry we will back account to him.”

Weird cartoons and strange videos were posted around 9 a.m. ET on Friday, but the actor was able to regain control of his account later in the day. The images have since been deleted.

This comes just two days after “Ghostbusters” actress Leslie Jones’ personal website was hacked, wherein the hacker(s) posted personal information and several nude photos. Homeland Security is reportedly now investigating the incident.

Hiddleston recently shared a photo of himself and Chris Hemsworth visiting a children’s hospital as Thor and Loki from their upcoming feature film, Thor: Ragnarok. The craziest part of the story is that the 35-year-old actor joined Instagram only a few weeks ago.

This hack just goes to show that A-list celebrities, actors, models, and talent are now the targets of hacking organizations and lone-wolf hackers. Ever since “” – a nude photo scandal that released hundreds of nude photos from Hollywood’s biggest athletes and actresses. Since, many popular actors, actresses have been hacked including Jennifer Lawrence, Katy Perry, and the CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg. In the future, Hollywood A-listers may have to dump their bodyguard for an online security company.

Tyler Perry gets bashed by fans after casting predominately white actors for his new TLC show, Too Close to Home.

When it was announced that Tyler Perry was working on a new show for TLC, everyone was excited. Fans took to Twitter excited to see what kind of drama Tyler Perry is going to bring to the predominately reality TV network. Well, that excitement seems to have died down, as Mr. Perry is in the middle of a race controversy and many fans are turning their back on the actor, writer, producer, and director.

Users took to Twitter bashing Tyler Perry calling out his new show Too Close To Home for white washing the show’s cast.

Despite, the negative feedback from several people inside the Black community, Tyler Perry doesn’t seem to care.

“I’m so sick of folks asking me why I have a show full of white folks,” Perry told Tom Joyner. “A reporter asked me this. I’m thinking what the hell? Stop asking me that damn question. People are people!”

Too Close To Home filmed in Atlanta, Georgia several months ago and centers around a small town girl who ends up in a romantic political scandal.

“It’s such a great show. It’s only eight episodes but it’s really, really a good show,” Perry said. “Listen, if Donald Trump can pitch to black people in an all-white neighborhood, why can’t you watch my show. What the hell have you got to lose? It’s gonna be huge!”

The Rock playing with his daughter is incredibly cute.

Despite being a tough guy on screen, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson definitely has a softer side and his new Instagram post is proof.

In the video, The Rock plays games with his daughter, Jasmine, in which she bangs on his head until looks up and makes a face. He thens returns to starting position, and the whole process starts is too cute.

“Finally, my big head is used for more than just a place to hang my hat,” he wrote. “The joys of being home w/ my ohana and playin’ one of our fav games — slap daddy’s head ’til I can see his big scary face.”

The Rock went on to explain the music in the background is incredibly special. It is a Somoan song that has been singing to her since she was born. “When Jasmine learns to talk, I’m sure she’ll ask me to please stop singing,” he joked. “I must now go do something very manly and badass to counterbalance this post.”

Here’s how MTV chooses who sits where at the VMAs

Have you ever wondered why certain celebrities, rappers, actors, and musicians are placed in certain locations during the MTV VMAs? If so, then we will break it down for you and help explain why certain singers get aisle seats or why certain artists are located towards the front of the show.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, Gina Esposito revealed the secrets behind the MTV VMA seating chart and it’s pretty interesting. One of the key parts of the seating charts is that celebs have the chance to send their “dream buddy lists” along with their RSVP, which means Katy Perry can ask to sit next to Rihanna at an award show.

But, at the end of the day MTV chooses where celebrities are going to sit.

“You’re looking at it for camera angles and whose reactions we might capture throughout the night,” she says. “And the logistics that go into that are so insane. You have to be thinking about how long it’s going to take somebody, should they win, to get from the stage back to the dressing room if they’re performing three acts from now.”

However, celebrities will sometimes break the rules and sit wherever they want on the night of the show. Esposito tells Cosmo, “You’ll have artists who rearrange seats in real time so they sit together,” Esposito says, which can cause logistical headaches. “As long as you’ve got eyes on that, to say, ‘Selena Gomez moved so she’s by Taylor, we’re good,’ then it’s all right. If we don’t seat them together, they find their way to each other anyway.”

Ultimately, the goal is to capture real, genuine and sweet reactions.

Naya Rivera Reveals She Had an Abortion During ‘GLEE’

Glee actress Naya Rivera reveals she had an abortion and suffered from anorexia.

In her upcoming memoir Sorry Not Sorry, Naya Rivera reveals she had an abortion in 2010, shortly after breaking up with her now-husband Ryan Dorsey.

In an excerpt published in this week’s issue of People, Naya explained she did not tell Ryan about her pregnancy and went on to have it terminated during a day off from Glee. 

“It was very scary to open up about everything,” she said. “It’s not something a lot of people talk about, but I think they should. I know some people might read it and say, ‘What the hell?’ But I hope someone out there gets something out of it.”

Naya and Ryan would later get back together in 2014 and had a child a year later.

Naya also explains that she battled with anorexia at a very young age and didn’t realize how serious it was until years later. “I just avoided food at all costs,” she wrote. “If my mom had packed a lunch for me, I’d either trash it or find some excuse to give it away.”

On Twitter, Naya explained she wanted to share her story so others may feel inspired to open up about their difficulties in life. “I set out to write a book that was true to myself and would hopefully help others along the way,” she said. “I hope that you all enjoy my story and respect my good intentions in sharing them with you.”

Apparently, her story is connecting with a lot of people.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston have a “major argument”, according to US Weekly.

Just a few weeks after Hiddleswift made their debut kissing and snuggling in Rhode Island, Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston may have reached their first argument.

According to US Weekly, Taylor and Tom had a “major argument” earlier this month and according to a source close to US Weekly, it’s related to the new movie Thor. The source says, “There was so much going on so it was hard to make their schedules work, and they were upset they couldn’t see each other.”

Zara Facing Major $5 Million Lawsuit Over “Deceptive Pricing”

Zara faced with $5 million lawsuit over “Deceptive Pricing”

Zara is in hot water right now. Filing a $5 million lawsuit against the fashion retailer, shopper Devin Rose is accusing the retail company of “deceptive pricing.”

In the lawsuit, Rose alleges that instead of pricing its merchandise in U.S. dollars, Zara often lists euros. Rose states that the brand uses significantly higher exchange rates for clothes, leading them to charge more.

Devin Rose claims to have been incorrectly charged at Zara’s Sherman Oaks store in California this past May.

According to the lawsuit, “the actual euro-dollar exchange rate would have resulted in his €9.95 shirts costing approximately $11.26 each. Instead, however, Zara charged Mr. Rose $17.90 per garment, a markup of nearly 60 percent.”

If Rose wins the lawsuit, this could be a huge payday for anyone in a “similarly situated” scenario. If customers have proof they were overcharged, they can easily join in on the case and share the settlement amount.

However, a spokesperson from Zara recently released a statement to the Fashion Law denying these claims:

Zara USA vehemently denies any allegations that the company engages in deceptive pricing practices in the United States. While we have not yet been served the complaint containing these baseless claims, we pride ourselves in our fundamental commitment to transparency and honest, ethical conduct with our valued customers. We remain focused on providing excellent customer service and high-quality fashion products at great value for our customers. We look forward to presenting our full defense in due course through the legal process.

Rose released a statement in response:

Zara’s response so far has been beyond bizarre and desperate. Their unlawful conduct is not up for debate, as anyone who goes into a Zara store in the United States can see with their own two eyes that Zara is pricing clothing in euros and charging consumers drastically above the lowest tag price in dollars which is illegal. U.S. laws require that a retailer charge the consumer the lowest tag price — not grossly inflated amounts using fake conversion rates. If Zara wants to double down on its duplicity, instead of acting like a responsible corporate citizen and fixing the mess of its own making, they should be prepared to face the wrath of the American consumer and the full force of the law.

Lady Gaga made headlines when she attended the MTV Video Music Awards in a meat dress. Wearing several pounds of raw meat, Lady Gaga shocked the world and essentially every learned who she was over night. Now, though, many years later, the dress has inspired a meal at a restaurant in China.

There is a restaurant in China that wraps a Barbie in meat and serve it to you. You can pull the meat off the doll and then eat it. It is definitely an authentic and original way to eat meat. But, it seriously feels weird and kind of gross to think that you are eating meat off a Barbie doll at a restaurant.

However, if you’re still interested in eating Lady Gaga’s meat dress, this is probably as close as you will ever get.

Ryan Lochte maybe headed to ‘Dancing with the Stars’.

Proof that America is willing to give athletes a second chance, Ryan Lochte is headed to Dancing with the Stars. 

According to People, the Olympian is in talks to join the hit dancing competition show for season 23, despite the swimmer losing several major endorsements.

Apparently, Lochte has wanted to be on the show for several years. He told People on Wednesday that he was disappointed in himself following the lies and property damage in Rio.

“I’ve been thinking about it a lot, because I have a big heart, and I feel like let down a lot of people,” Lochte told People on Wednesday. “I feel bad that I have let people down.”

“Everyone started watching it, and they didn’t watch the athletes,” he continued. “That’s another reason why I’m so hurt by it, because it took away from the Games.”

Whether or not this is a way to improve Lochte’s PR, remains to be seen. But, it seriously begs the question – are people willing to give him another shot?

Doug Liman is no longer going to direct Channing Tatum’s Gambit.

 The director behind Mr. and Mrs. Smith has left the upcoming Gambit feature film, which was only a few months away from going into production.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Doug Liman has left the movie but is still planning on starting production in January.

So what is the director going to do now? According to Variety, Liman has left Fox to work for Warner Bros. According to reports, Doug Liman will direct Dark Universe for DC. Details surrounding the new movie have not been released. However, Dark Universe sounds like a Justice League spinoff featuring John Constantine, Swamp Thing, Deadman, Zatanna and Etrigan the Demon.

It’s important to keep in mind that production behind Gambit has had a long and difficult history. Two years ago, it was revealed that Bennett Miller, Darren Aronofsky, Gareth Evans and J. C. Chandor were all offered by Tatum to direct the spin-off but turned down the chance to direct. Then last summer, Entertainment Weekly reported that Rupert Wyatt will direct the film.

However, that was short lived because the movie’s leading actress, Abbey Lee, and director, Rupert Wyatt ,dropped out of the movie due to scheduling conflicts. But, there were rumors that the movie’s director wanted to recast Channing Tatum and were holding auditions for another actor to play Gambit.

Filming was going to start in March 2016, but production is delayed till late 2016. Now production won’t start until January, if producers are able to find a director in time.

This movie sounds like it will never hit theaters nevertheless start filming.

Leslie Jones‘ website hacked.

Leslie Jones has become the metaphorical punching bag and is consistently being emotionally damaged by Internet trolls. The actress’ personal website was hacked on Wednesday and her private information, including her passport and a driver’s license, as well as multiple nude photos were posted online, according to .

The hacker gained access to the comedian’s website and reportedly posted a video of Harambe, the gorilla who was shot and killed at a Cincinnati Zoo earlier this summer. Internet trolls have repeatedly used Harambe memes to poke fun and make racist jokes directed at Jones.

According to TMZ, sexually explicit photos of the actress and sensitive personal information were leaked online. The gossip site later reported that Jones’ team took down the website shortly after news of the attack broke.

Jones has been the target of extremely racist attacks ever since she was cast in the Ghostbusters reboot. Ultimately, she was driven off of social media for a brief period in July. She later returned several days later but, this is just another attempt at discrediting one of Hollywood’s most popular African American actresses.

Showtime Releases a New Trailer for ‘Dexter’ [VIDEO]

Showtime has released a new trailer for the hit TV series Dexter. 

As forensic blood splatter analyst by day and the serial killer serial killer by night TV series turns 10, Showtime released a new trailer remebering the legacy of Dexter.

Dexter stars Michael C. Hall in his Golden Globe and SAG Award-winning role as Dexter Morgan. It was named one of the best written series of all time by the Writers Guild of America and the show featured an amazing cast including Julie Benz, Jennifer Carpenter, Aimee Garcia, Desmond Harrington, Erik King, C.S. Lee, Geoff Pierson, Lauren Vélez, David Zayas and James Remar.

In celebration of the show’s ten-year anniversary Showtime will give fans a chance to vote on their favorite episodes over a four week period, leading in a #Dexter10 Fan Marathon with the top ten picks on Saturday, October 1. Showtime also will debut a new Dexter mobile game on Halloween for Android and iOS devices.

But, it begs the question – is Showtime going to bring Dexter back? Maybe. Last December, Showtime hinted plans of a potential spinoff.

“We continue to talk about it,” Showtime president David Nevins told reporters in January 2014. “If we were to do it, we have to have a very good reason to do it. It has to feel like it’s a new show. I’m not interested in doing it if it’s just a continuation. If we were to do it, I would only do it with Michael.”
