Lovecraft Country is an upcoming drama horror television series based on Matt Ruff’s novel of the same name. It is set to premiere on HBO. The series is produced by Monkeypaw Productions, Bad Robot Productions, and Warner Bros.

The Peloton holiday commercial features a husband who buys his wife the company’s hugely popular Peloton exercise bike. She then documents a year of using the bike, and at the commercial’s end, she shares her experiences with her family and social media. At first, it is a sweet commercial, but, the people on social media have called out the commercial calling it sexist. Ryan Reynolds put the actress in his most recent Aviation Gin Commercial.
But what do the commercial’s cast think of the ad? Well, Monica Ruiz, the actress who stars in the commercial, has issued a response through her agency. In a statement released to Deadline, she reacts to the ad’s viral response and how Reynold’s Gin company reached out to her.
“I was happy to accept a job opportunity earlier this year from Peloton, and the team was lovely to work with. Although I’m an actress, I am not quite comfortable being in the spotlight, and I’m terrible on social media. So to say I was shocked and overwhelmed by the attention this week (especially the negative) is an understatement.
“When Ryan and his production team called about Aviation Gin, they helped me find some humor in the situation. I am grateful to both Peloton and now Aviation Gin for the work and giving me the opportunity to do what I love to do.”
Sean Hunter, the actor in the commercial, also worked as a teacher and wrote an op-ed for Psychology Todayabout the viral backlash against the ad’s alleged sexism. He also spoke with ABC News about the commercial. “Once something goes viral, and it turns negative, people jump on that negative bandwagon and start to create any dialogue that they want,” he said. “My image is being associated with sexism, with the patriarchy, with abuse, for example. With these words that I’m seeing people write about me. That’s not who I am.”

The highly anticipated official trailer for ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ is officially here. The movie trailer made its debut at the 2019 Comic-Con Experience in São Paulo, Brazil. The two-minute trailer features Gal Gadot‘s superhero, Wonder Woman, in 1980s America featuring big hair and 80s music. But this time around, she is battling the Cold War.
Some of the best scenes of the trailer include Dian Prince encountering her enemy Cheetah, who is played by Kristen Wiig. Using her tiara, she can knock out security cameras in a mall and swinging across the mall with her lasso.

A new ‘Mad Max’ prequel is coming soon and casting directors are now casting
Last year, award-winning director George Miller announced a sequel to ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ was in development. Now, in an interview with the New York Times, Miller revealed that instead of a sequel, the upcoming movie will be a prequel to the 2015 film and will focus on a younger version of Furiosa.
Miller describes in the interview he was working on backstories for each and every character during the development of ‘Fury Road’. However, Furiosa was the character the team as most interested in. Now, the new movie hopes to explore the mysterious “Green Place,” and why she was taken from the group of warrior women known as Vuvalini, and how she became the legendary Furiosa.
Miller is currently casting an actress in her 20s, saying that he hoped to cast Charlize Theron but technology is not good enough yet. “For the longest time, I thought we could just use CG de-aging on Charlize, but I don’t think we’re nearly there yet,” said Miller. “Despite the valiant attempts on ‘The Irishman,’ I think there’s still an uncanny valley. Everyone is on the verge of solving it, particularly Japanese video-game designers, but there’s still a pretty wide valley, I believe.”
‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ is a movie that took George Miller 12 years to create. The director allegedly didn’t want to make another Mad Max movie once he finished ‘Beyond Thunderdome.’ Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Tom Hardy had doubts about Miller’s vision during production and said he owed the director an apology after seeing the movie’s final cut:
“TURNING TO DIRECTOR GEORGE MILLER, SEATED BESIDE HIM AT THURSDAY’S CANNES PRESS CONFERENCE, HE EXPLAINED: “I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE TO YOU, BECAUSE I GOT FRUSTRATED [DURING THE MOVIE’S SHOOT]. THERE WAS NO WAY THAT GEORGE COULD HAVE EXPLAINED WHAT HE HAD CONCEIVED.”

‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ hit theaters four years ago. Now, director George Miller has confirmed there will be another movie coming soon. In an interview with Deadlineabout the production of his new film ‘Three Thousand Years of Longing,’ Miller confirmed a fifth Mad Max movie is in development.
“I’m not done with the Mad Max story, and I think you have to be a multi-tasker, and there’s certainly another Mad Max coming down the pike after this,” Miller said. “We’re in preparation on that as well.”
The critically-acclaimed Australian director made his directorial debut with 1979’s ‘Mad Max’, whose success turned into the indie movie into an international box-office hit franchise. Miller followed up with ‘Mad Max 2’ in 1981 and ‘Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome’ in 1985.
The action series was over until 2015. ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ hit theaters in 2015 and starred Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron. The movie was a hit and won several Oscar nominations for Best Picture and Best Director. ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ made over $378 million at the box office on a $150 million budget.
George Miller did not reveal any more details about a sequel. His next movie, ‘Three Thousand Years of Longing’, stars Idris Elba and Tilda Swindon and is currently in pre-production.

Billie Eilish‘s upcoming documentary centers around her personal life during the release of her debut album
Teen musician Billie Eilish is reportedly working on a huge deal with Apple TV+ on a documentary, which has already been shot. According to the New York Post, streaming platforms could potentially pay Eilish $25 million to purchase rights to the documentary, which centers around the singer’s private life following the release of her studio album last March.
According to the reports, the Billie Eilish documentary was directed by R.J. Cutler and produced by Interscope Films. It is said to have cost around $1 million to $2 million to create.
