For those that do not know, The Glades is an A&E Network drama television series created by Clifton Campbell. The one-hour drama premiered on Sunday, July 11, 2010. The series stars Matt Passmore as Det. Jim Longworth, a Chicago detective who took a South Florida job with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) after being falsely accused of sleeping with his captain’s wife. The Glades was renewed by A&E for a third season on October 18, 2011, which aired from June 3 to August 12, 2012. The show has been renewed for a fourth season.

Ann Wittenberg, owner of New Life Casting, located in Peachtree City, GA, announced today that she is in search of background talent for films and commercials being made in the Atlanta area. Particularly, south of Hartsfield Airport.

Filming for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: There and Back Again is getting ramped up.

The cast and crew of The Hobbit films, are back in New Zealand to film pickups for the next two movies in the trilogy – The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug and The Hobbit: There and Back Again.

Peter Jackson recently posted the following message on Facebook yesterday:

Back on set for our last Hobbit pick ups. Our last ever Tolkien pick ups, in fact. It’s going to be an intense few weeks, but we’re looking forward to shooting some powerful scenes with our great cast.

According to TheOneRing.net, Jackson is currently filming in Wellington and most of that work will be for the Battle of Five Armies. There have also been casting calls for extras available between May and August.

Want to Be in a Movie? “Hot Tub Time Machine 2” Casting Call Information

There is going to be a sequel to the 2010 cult hit Hot Tub Time Machine, and it looks like it is going to start filming in New Orleans this summer.

Reportedly, the movie will once again feature a time traveling hot tub and most of the original cast, including Clark Duke, Craig Robinson, and Rob Corddry, are expected to return.

Movie Details:

While appearing on the Howard Stern Show Corddry explained a bunch of additional facts, including one particularly revealing nugget: Scott will be playing the son of Cusack’s character as the hot tub sends the group into the future. Read more below.

Corddry told Stern Hot Tub Time Machine 2 will primarily take place 10 years in the future. However, since the first film wasn’t a massive hit and this sequel is pretty much a labor of love, the budget is significantly lower. So they’ve worked the lack of budget for cool future tech into the script. He gave one example, where the characters joke about how the future hasn’t changed that much and, as they’re walking away, they don’t see a guy putting a pug on a Hoverboard.

He also said the tentative title until two weeks ago was “Hot Tub Time Machine 3: Because Hot Tub Time Machine 2 Hasn’t Happened Yet.” However the marketing department forced them to change it .

 

Hot Tub Time Machine 2 Casting Information

They are specifically looking for college aged extras, women (age 18-25) willing to work topless, New Orleans characters (buskers, jugglers, street artists, etc.), men who are physically fit (age 18-30) who would be willing to work shirtless, bands and others. Glorioso Casting is handling all extras casting. Love Transformers? Casting Call for Transformers Sequel Directed by Michael Bay

Casting directors are now seeking background actors to work in the upcoming Transformers sequel directed by Michael Bay.

Movie Details:

There are a lot of unknowns about Michael Bay’s in-the-works fourth entry to his wildly lucrative Transformers franchise. We know that Shia LeBeouf will not be returning for Transformers 4 (still officially known as Untitled Transformers Sequel), and while the addition of Bay’s Pain and Gain star Mark Wahlberg to the cast will be the clear draw for audiences, actor Jack Reynor (What Richard Did) will take the lead role as the human face in the fight against the Decepticons.

 

Still no plot details, but keeping true to Bay’s promise to “freshen the franchise,” we have a young cast and a new A-lister involved. Yet a big question remains: is this a sequel or a reboot? The vague description of Grammar’s human villain is strongly reminiscent of Jon Voight’s insidious Defense Secretary from the original.

 

Add in a couple of attractive young lovers in the lead and a more experienced mentor figure (Wahlberg plays the girl’s father, apparently, but could he eventually show the lad how to be a real man? Is there anybody better than Wahlberg for that kind of thing?), and we have a project that leans toward a near-remake – plus, no one named “Witwicky” is in sight (ScreenRant).

Third Coast Extras is taking submissions for extras to work on the upcoming Transformers film sequel directed by Michael Bay shooting in the Austin, TX area between June 3-20, 2013.

Awkward (styled as AWKWARD.) is an American teen comedy series created by Lauren Iungerich for MTV. The show’s central character is Jenna Hamilton (Ashley Rickards), a Palos Verdes, California, teenager who struggles with her identity, especially after an accident is misconstrued as a suicide attempt.

The series premiered on July 19, 2011. Teen Mom is a reality television series which aired on MTV. It follows the lives of four girls from the first season of 16 and Pregnant as they navigate their first years of motherhood. The series also focuses on the themes of their changing relationships between family, friends, and boys, while highlighting the struggles teenage mothers have to go through to raise their children.

The series aired a total of four seasons. The pilot episode was the network’s highest-rated premiere in over a year, with 2.1 million total viewers; the record was surpassed by the controversial series Skins, which had 3.26 million viewers. Casting Directors for VH1’s Single Ladies are now casting background actors to work on their third season!

Single Ladies is an American television series on the VH1 network, created by Stacy A. Littlejohn and produced by Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Entertainment for the MTV network-owned cable channel. The show chronicles three friends, Val, Keisha and April (in season 2 Val was replaced by Raquel), and their relationships. The series premiered on May 30, 2011 with a two-hour television film.

Season 2 of VH1’s “Single Ladies” starred LisaRaye McCoy (Keisha), Denise Vasi (Raquel) and Charity Shea (April) as three best friends navigating the dating world in Atlanta. As the season ends, Keisha is forced make a decision between her former flame Sean and her on-again/off-again love Malcom.“Good girl” Raquel is at a crossroads as childhood love Antonio (played by William Levy) has returned, but she also realizes that her heart may still belong to current flame Charles. Newly divorced April has started dating again and thinks she’s found Mr. Right in new boyfriend Reggie, until his family drops a major bomb. “Single Ladies” is a modern, sexy series set in the world of Atlanta fashion, music, and celebrity that explores women’s different approaches to relationships.

Single Ladies has been renewed for a third season, but there will be one change to the set when filming begins: show creator and executive producer Stacy A. Littlejohn will not be returning. Per a Deadline Hollywood report, Littlejohn explains “After two incredible seasons ofSingle Ladies, I have decided to entrust the show to the safe hands of VH1. Having fostered it from its inception, I’ve found great satisfaction in seeing these characters come to life on the screen, and am proud of what the show has become. But after two all-consuming seasons immersed in its production in the great city of Atlanta, I’ve decided it’s time to shift my focus to my life in Los Angeles and the creation of new projects.”

This is a B&A (Before and After Photo Casting). These are not live shows. B&A photos are shot in one half day. The purpose is to show product results “before” and “after” on models.

B&A Shoots Generally Pay In The Range of
$250 – $300 For Half Day Shoot (Depending on Vendor)

If booked, this B&A will shoot : Friday, May 17 between 9a-1p.

Models cannot have done another skincare B/A in the past 6 months. They also cannot currently be working for another skincare partner at HSN.

Model must go to the call with no makeup on their faces. Don’t use any skincare products that day. They need very dry looking skin, in need of moisture.
