The comedic feature film “The Wedding War” is casting a skilled male swing dancer for a featured background role filming in Shreveport, Louisiana. Production is specifically seeking a performer who knows how to Lindy Hop swing dance, can confidently serve as a strong dance lead, and is comfortable performing alongside lead talent. This is a local-hire opportunity, so applicants must be able to work in Shreveport without requiring travel or lodging.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Lindy Hop swing dancing during scenes for the feature film.
• Serve as a strong dance lead while performing with lead talent.
• Follow choreography, blocking, and on-set direction.
• Maintain continuity and professionalism throughout filming.

Requirements

• Male dancer.
• Height: 5’10” or taller.
• Must know how to Lindy Hop swing dance.
• Strong lead dancing skills required.

Compensation

$150 per day for two filming days.
