Job Description
A commercial production is casting actors, real families, and everyday individuals for a farm and home supply store campaign. This project is seeking authentic, relatable talent who reflect real-life customers, focusing on natural performances rather than traditional modeling. Filming will take place in Sebring, Florida, and will be featured across digital and broadcast platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray realistic, everyday characters in a commercial setting
• Follow direction from the production team during filming
• Participate in wardrobe fittings and scheduled shoot days
• Deliver natural, grounded performances on camera
• Collaborate with cast and crew in a professional environment

Requirements

• Open to men, women, kids, and real families
• Ages range from children to seniors depending on role
• Must have a natural, approachable look (not overly polished or model-like)
• Comfortable performing on camera in a commercial environment
• Must be based in Sebring, FL or able to work as a local hire

Compensation

• $500 per day
• Overtime: $75/hour after 10 hours
• $3,000 buyout (2-year usage)
• $150 wardrobe fitting fee
• Renewal options: Year 3 ($1,650), Years 3–4 ($3,300)
