Join the on-site broadcast production team for the Charlotte @ Ole Miss game in Oxford, Mississippi. The Runner will help keep remote production operations organized by assisting with errands, distributing information, supporting announcer logistics, and completing other tasks assigned by the crew. This opportunity is ideal for a dependable production professional who can think on their feet, communicate effectively, and stay productive as priorities change throughout the event.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to production and operations personnel.
• Complete errands and urgent production requests as assigned.
• Distribute information and materials to appropriate crew members.
• Assist with announcer arrival, departure, and on-site coordination.
• Support general logistics throughout the remote broadcast.
• Respond quickly to changing production needs and crew requests.
• Maintain professional communication while completing assigned tasks.
• Help ensure efficient operations throughout the production.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous Runner, Production Assistant, or related production experience preferred.
• Strong and reliable communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• Ability to follow directions and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• Proactive attitude and flexibility in a fast-paced production setting.
• Basic knowledge of broadcast operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oxford and the event venue is beneficial.
• Must live within approximately 100 miles of the event site.

Compensation

• This is a paid production opportunity.
