A premium fashion brand is hiring a Womenswear Associate Designer to support womenswear collections from concept through production. Working alongside senior leadership, you’ll help bring designs to life through technical drawings, spec work, and detail-focused design support. Job Responsibilities

• Produce technical drawings and specs to support production-ready development

• Assist with fabric and trim sourcing and keep design files organized

• Support fit sessions with clear notes and updates for construction and fit adjustments

• Create CAD boards and help prepare sign-off materials for approvals

• Collaborate across design and production to keep timelines and details on track

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a womenswear design role

• Strong Adobe skills with solid technical design understanding

• Detail-driven with refined taste and strong organization

• Collaborative mindset and ability to support multiple projects at once

• Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit is a plus
