A full-time videographer/editor is needed to document rising artists through cinematic short-form and long-form content. This role is ideal for a creative who can capture real moments, move fast in dynamic environments, and turn footage into polished edits that feel authentic, compelling, and ready for social and longer storytelling platforms. The position blends shooting, editing, and collaboration to build a consistent visual identity around artists on the rise.

Job Responsibilities

• Film short-form and long-form content documenting rising artists

• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, performances, rehearsals, and day-to-day lifestyle footage

• Edit videos with strong pacing, story structure, and clean audio/visual polish

• Deliver platform-ready cuts for social media and longer-form releases

• Organize footage, manage file workflows, and maintain consistent output

• Collaborate with artists and the team to align on creative direction and deadlines

Requirements

• Strong videography skills (framing, lighting awareness, run-and-gun shooting)

• Proficiency in video editing with a modern, story-forward style

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-world environments
