Job Description
A production is casting a lookalike background performer for a mistaken identity moment. This is not a photo double role—talent should naturally resemble the reference actor but does not need to be an exact match. This is a great opportunity for performers who can bring believable presence to an interior studio scene and stay flexible with the day’s schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear as background talent in a mistaken identity scene

• Match the general look and vibe of the reference actor

• Follow direction from the on-set team and maintain continuity

• Remain available with a flexible schedule as call times may shift

Requirements

• New faces preferred, but all experience levels welcome

• Must resemble the reference actor (not an exact match required)

• Height should be within 5’2″–5’6″

• Must be available any time during the day/afternoon/evening on the shoot day

• Comfortable working on an interior studio set in Mississauga

Compensation

• Union: Background rate per applicable agreement

• Non-union: $17.60/hour with an 8-hour minimum
