Job Description
A period TV series set in the 1950s is now casting a featured background pair to portray a mother and her young son. The production is seeking a female actor ages 25–45 and a male child actor ages 7–11. This role requires a classic look, and both must have short, natural hair suitable for the 1950s setting.
Filming and costume fitting will take place in Newhall, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for real-life or professional actor pairs who can work together on set to authentically portray a vintage family dynamic.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray a 1950s-era mother and son in a featured background role
- Participate in a professional costume fitting for period wardrobe

- Follow on-set direction and maintain period-accurate appearance
Requirements
- Female actor: ages 25–45
- Male child actor: ages 7–11
- Both must have short, natural hair
- Must list union status and be available for both the fitting and shoot

- $216 for 8 hours per person

Compensation
- $140 for an 8-hour workday
- Costume fitting pay: $35 for a 2-hour session
