Job Description:
Casting is now open for The House Call, a SAG short film written and directed by acclaimed NYC-based artist Eliza Barry Callahan. This powerful, character-driven drama features A-list talent in lead and supporting roles.
Set in Upstate New York in 1986, the film follows a young equine veterinarian called to a mob family’s estate in the middle of the night. As she works to save a prized dressage horse, she finds herself navigating unexpected emotional connections and dangerous tensions. With its rich atmosphere and blend of realism and lyrical storytelling, this project is ideal for actors drawn to emotionally complex, nuanced roles.

An upcoming feature-length docu-fiction film set in New York City is seeking talent.
