A24’s upcoming horror series Mama’s Boy is casting kids ages 8–13 to portray campers in a chilling 1971-set storyline. Filming will take place in New Jersey from June through October, and the production is seeking young talent with a natural, vintage look. This is a paid background role opportunity for both SAG-AFTRA and non-union performers.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a camper in 1970s-themed scenes on a horror series set

• Follow on-set instructions while staying in character during background action

• Participate in costume fittings and follow historical style guidelines

• Be available for multiple filming days throughout the production period

Requirements

• Kids aged 8–13

• Must be local to the NJ/NY area or able to self-report

• Hair must be in natural colors only (no highlights, balayage, or fantasy dyes)

• Shaggier or longer hairstyles preferred
