Job Description
A live sports brand activation is hiring energetic brand ambassadors to represent a popular sports betting brand at a Kansas City tailgate event. This is a great opportunity for promotional talent who love high-volume crowds, fan engagement, and creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced sports environment. Location: Arrowhead Stadium (Ford Tailgate District), Kansas City, MO.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with fans at the tailgate and create a fun, welcoming brand experience.

• Communicate key brand messaging clearly and confidently in a high-energy setting.

• Support event flow by assisting guests, encouraging participation, and keeping the activation area organized.

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Outgoing, professional, and comfortable interacting with large crowds.

• Prior brand ambassador, promo, or event staffing experience preferred.

• Able to work on-site in Kansas City, MO as a local hire.

• Available for the full scheduled shift time.

Compensation

• $30 per hour.
