A heartfelt short film is casting lead roles for Nosedive, a moving story set at a fading community swimming hole. As this longtime family-run business prepares to shut down, a young manager must confront hidden truths, family tension, and the emotional pull of change. Through nostalgia and resilience, Nosedive reflects on the beauty of letting go and the memories that linger like ripples in the water.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in a lead role for a narrative-driven short film

• Submit a self-tape audition following provided instructions

• Collaborate with a creative team through remote casting and on-location filming

• Contribute to emotionally layered scenes that explore family, change, and legacy

Requirements

• Non-union talent welcome

• Comfortable performing dramatic material

• Must be able to self-tape and submit by the July 4th interest deadline

• Available to shoot in Hopewell, NJ

• Must provide name and headshot via email to receive self-tape instructions
