Job Description
A production filming in East Meadow, New York is looking for SAG background actors to portray prison guards in a dramatic interior scene. The project provides van transportation from Manhattan for selected talent. This is a unique opportunity to be featured in a powerful production, with scenes taking place inside an active prison. All talent must be comfortable submitting to a background check due to the sensitive nature of the location.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a realistic prison guard in a controlled interior scene

• Arrive on time for van transport from Manhattan (if needed)

• Follow all on-set protocols and direction from production

• Maintain a professional presence on set, especially given the active prison environment

Requirements

• Must be a SAG-AFTRA member

• Must be comfortable filming inside an active prison

• Must complete and submit a background check form prior to filming

• Must be available for a full 8-hour day

Compensation

• SAG rate: $216 for 8 hours

• Van transportation provided from Manhattan to East Meadow, NY
