Job Description: Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking drivers with period cars (from the 1960s, 1970s, and up to 1981) to work in Asbury Park, NJ, for the upcoming Bruce Springsteen biopic starring Jeremy Allen White. This project will recreate classic scenes from past decades, and the cars will be an essential part of the backdrop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive period-appropriate cars from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, or 1980s during filming.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure the authenticity of the scenes.
• Be available for the full shoot day and follow all on-set safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Must own a period car from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, or 1980s (up to 1981).
• Must have valid identification to fill out Federal I-9 forms for payment.
• Willingness to work as a local hire in Asbury Park, NJ.

Compensation:

• SAG-AFTRA Rate: $216 for 8 hours.
• Non-SAG Rate: $176 for 10 hours.
• Period Car Bumps:
  • 1950s Period Cars: $650 bump.
  • 1960s-1970s Period Cars: $500 bump.
  • 1980s Period Cars: $400 bump.

Casting Extras for 1980s Feature Film Set in Asbury Park, NJ

Job Description: Grant Wilfley Casting is seeking local talent to portray 1980s types for a feature film about Bruce Springsteen, starring Jeremy Allen White. The film will be shot in Asbury Park, NJ, and requires background performers for various scenes set in the 1980s. Extras will help bring authenticity to the time period, interacting within the backdrop of iconic music and culture.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray individuals from the 1980s in a variety of scenes.
• Work both interior and exterior scenes.
• Follow the direction of the production team to ensure the accuracy of the time period and atmosphere.
• Be comfortable working around atmospheric smoke during some scenes.
• Collaborate with the costume department for fittings based on height, weight, and clothing sizes.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working full day/night availability for shoot dates.
• No allergies to wool or issues with working around atmospheric smoke.
• Must be able to present valid identification to complete a Federal I9 form for payment.

Compensation:
