As a Talent Wrangler, you’ll work closely with performers, creators, and on-set teams to coordinate movement, manage call times, and ensure talent is where they need to be. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in high-energy environments, this is your opportunity to work behind the scenes on major productions and events happening throughout Atlanta’s peak season.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and escort talent during production, ensuring they are on time and in the right place

• Communicate key updates between production staff and performers

• Maintain order in green rooms, holding areas, and backstage spaces

• Assist with sign-ins, wardrobe checks, and last-minute changes

• Provide a positive, calming presence to talent while upholding schedules

Requirements

• Must be highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Prior experience working on set or in event coordination preferred

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Available April–August 2025 for flexible shifts
