Job Description
A high-energy, non-union insurance commercial is now casting background extras, construction workers, featured dancers, and soldier roles. The production is seeking local Illinois-based talent for multiple physically active roles, including marching scenes and obstacle course simulations. Ideal candidates are reliable, in good shape, and ready to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in background scenes including marching, construction, and active movement

• Dance behind lead performers (for selected roles) with clear direction and energy

• Portray soldier roles in action-based shots, including climbing and running

• Follow all on-set instructions and maintain professionalism throughout filming

Requirements

• Dancers: Ages 18–30, all genders, strong physical shape, able to dance up to 8 hours

• Primary Soldier Agents: Ages 21–35, must be fit for action scenes (climbing rope, obstacle course)

• Background Soldiers: Ages 25–45, all genders, able to march in background scenes

• Construction Worker: Males ages 30–55, physically fit, realistic construction worker look

• General Background Extras: All types, must be available for a few hours

• Must be able to self-report to set in the Melrose Park or Northwest suburbs of Illinois

• Preference given to Latino, Caucasian, and non-union actors

Compensation

• Background Dancers: $150 for up to 8 hours

• Primary Soldier Agents: $200 flat

• Marching Background Talent: $150

• Construction Workers: $150

• General Background Extras: $100 (paid at wrap)

• Additional compensation for extended roles will be mailed post-shoot
