Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to develop and execute creative direction for stage performances

• Lead and guide cast and crew through rehearsals and show development

• Ensure artistic consistency and maintain production quality across performances

• Support scheduling, blocking, and performance coordination alongside the stage management team

• Communicate effectively with designers, technical crew, and production staff

Requirements

• Prior experience in directing or assistant directing live theatre productions

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail

• Ability to inspire collaboration and motivate a diverse team of artists and technicians

• Excellent communication and time management abilities

• Local applicants preferred
