Job Responsibilities

Oversee casting processes for various film, television, and commercial projects

Manage talent submissions and coordinate auditions

Collaborate with producers and directors to align casting with creative vision

Build and maintain relationships with talent agents and managers

Meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Casting Director

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced settings

Familiarity with casting platforms and industry databases

Based in or able to work in New York

Always, a leading brand in feminine hygiene products, is seeking diverse talent for an upcoming advertising campaign. The campaign aims to highlight the comfort, reliability, and confidence that Always products provide, promoting their range of sanitary pads and liners.
Roles:
Female Talent (18-38 years old)
Description: Confident and relatable individuals who can convey authenticity and comfort. Looking for a variety of ethnicities and backgrounds to represent the diversity of Always users.
Attributes: Comfortable discussing personal care products, natural on camera, and able to deliver an engaging performance.
Male Talent (20-45 years old)
Description: Supportive role to highlight the importance of understanding and empathy in menstrual health. Should be comfortable with a positive, supportive portrayal.
Attributes: Genuine, supportive, and able to convey empathy and understanding.
Audition Details:
Date: October 19th
Location: Nationwide
Format: In-person or self-taped
Submission Requirements:
Headshot and Resume: Include recent headshots and a resume detailing acting experience.
Video Audition: A short monologue or improvisation that demonstrates the ability to convey comfort and authenticity. For self-taped submissions, ensure good lighting and clear audio.
