Job Responsibilities

• Perform in a professional medical commercial.
• Attend a scheduled wardrobe fitting before filming.
• Follow direction from the production team during the shoot.
• Be available for all required fitting and filming dates.

Requirements

• Must be a local resident of the Chicago area or able to self-report.
• Seeking full-figured and plus-size individuals.
• Seeking Asian men and women ages 60+.
• Seeking Hispanic men ages 60+.
• Seeking Caucasian men ages 60+.
• Seeking Caucasian or Mediterranean women ages 70+.

• Must be available for both the fitting and filming schedule.

Compensation

• Hero Talent:
  • $250 fitting fee (up to 4 hours).
  • $720 session fee (10-hour shoot).
  • $3,500 usage fee.
  • $6,000 exclusivity fee.
  • Additional usage and exclusivity options available.
• Secondary Talent:
  • $250 fitting fee (up to 4 hours).
  • $720 session fee (10-hour shoot).
  • $2,500 usage fee.
  • Additional usage options available.
• Usage is guaranteed for booked talent.
