- Cornhole participants: Men who play cornhole recreationally or socially and have never played professionally
- Tennis and pickleball participants: Men and women who are amateur or recreational players, have never played professionally, and believe they can beat an opposing player
- Pilates participants: Male/female couples where the woman is comfortable with classic reformer Pilates and the man has never tried Pilates
- Must be comfortable appearing in a filmed YouTube project
