Casting Call: Extras for Baseball and Coffee Lovers

Job Description:

We are currently casting extras for two fun scenes in our upcoming project "WEAPONS." We are looking for individuals who can convincingly play the roles of guys enjoying a casual baseball throw with friends and those who have a genuine love for coffee. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic production and work alongside a talented crew.

Roles:

1. Baseball Thrower:

   • Role: Guys to play throwing a baseball to some friends.
   • Description: You will be part of a friendly, casual baseball scene, playing catch with a few friends in a relaxed, outdoor setting.

2. Coffee Lover:

   • Role: Individuals who love coffee.
   • Description: You will be featured in scenes that highlight the enjoyment of coffee, such as sipping, chatting, and savoring the moment in a cozy coffee shop setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Baseball Thrower:

  • Engage in a casual game of catch with other extras.
  • Follow direction from the production team to ensure scenes are shot smoothly.
  • Maintain a natural and relaxed demeanor throughout the scene.

• Coffee Lover:

  • Portray a coffee enthusiast enjoying a cup of coffee in various settings.
  • Follow direction to capture authentic reactions and interactions.
  • Maintain a friendly and pleasant appearance on camera.

Requirements:

• General Requirements:

  • Must be available for the full filming date on 6/13.
  • Reliable transportation to the filming location in Covington.
  • Ability to follow direction and work well in a team setting.
  • Prior experience as an extra is a plus but not required.

• Baseball Thrower:

  • Must be comfortable and capable of throwing and catching a baseball.
  • Preferably aged between 18-35 years old.
  • Athletic build or familiarity with sports is a plus.

• Coffee Lover:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for coffee.
  • All ages and appearances are welcome.
  • Ability to convey enjoyment and relaxation.

Compensation:

• Rate: $182 for a 12-hour filming day.
• Meals and snacks will be provided on set.
• Great opportunity for networking and gaining experience in the entertainment industry.
