Job Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassadors:

  • Greet and engage with attendees, providing friendly and helpful interactions.
  • Assist with event activities, including crafts, games, festive photo opportunities, and giveaways.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor throughout the event.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Team Lead:

  • Supervise the Brand Ambassadors, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the event organizer and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Assist with event setup, monitoring, and takedown.
  • Lead by example, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Prior experience in promotional or event work is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy environment and handle crowds effectively.
  • Dress Code: Black slacks (no rips, jeans, or athletic wear) and black comfortable shoes. Branded t-shirts, jackets, and festive aprons may be provided.
