Casting directors are seeking an experienced booker to join the women’s division of a modeling agency. This role involves working directly with talent and clients, managing bookings, and helping models build their careers in fashion and commercial work.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate model bookings for clients and campaigns

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent

• Support the growth and development of models in the women’s division

• Work closely with the agency team to maximize opportunities for talent

• Provide organizational and administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Prior experience as a model booker or within the modeling industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments

• Knowledge of fashion, commercial, and digital markets preferred

• Professional, organized, and client-focused
