Must be fluent in English and willing to learn some Japanese dialogue. Strong comedic timing and emotional depth are essential.
- Mrs. Sato – Lead: Japanese woman in her 80s, based in Japan and fluent in English. Mrs. Sato is a charming, mischievous elderly widow with a playful personality, cheeky humor, and a strong independent spirit. Seeking someone with natural warmth, dry comedic timing, and the ability to bring emotional depth to quiet moments. Previous acting experience is not required.
