Job Responsibilities:
- Portray Ana, a 16-25-year-old Mexican/Latina, who is bilingual (English and some Spanish), a budding activist, and the first U.S. citizen in her family.
- Deliver a strong, dynamic performance with a focus on Ana’s passionate, impulsive, and righteous nature, exploring her complex relationship with her family and her personal identity.
- Perform in various musical numbers, showcasing vocal range and acting abilities in a dynamic stage setting.

Requirements:
- Female-identifying actor, aged 16-25, of Mexican/Latina descent.
- Bilingual with proficiency in both English and some Spanish.
- Strong acting skills to portray Ana’s big-hearted, smart, and sometimes righteous personality.
- Strong singing ability with versatility: alto/mezzo with a wide vocal range, strong pop sensibility, and a solid rhythm. Should possess a strong pop belt but not musical theater lead-level power.
- Comfortable with portraying a curvy body type and confident in embracing the role’s physical and emotional depth.
