Event Mascot for Special Olympics Fundraiser

A dynamic and high-energy event is seeking a dependable, outgoing mascot performer to represent a beloved brand during a community fundraiser supporting Special Olympics Illinois. This role involves interacting with attendees, bringing joy and excitement through movement and engagement while in full costume.

Job Responsibilities

• Entertain attendees while in mascot costume without using your voice

• Pose for photos and create memorable, interactive experiences

• Use exaggerated gestures and expressive body language to communicate excitement

• Maintain a positive, fun atmosphere and represent the event brand professionally

Requirements

• Must wear black pants, shorts, or athletic wear with gym shoes

• Shoe Size: Women’s 6.5–12 / Men’s 5.5–11

• Height: 5’1″ – 5’10”

• Apparel Size: Women’s S–XL / 2–16 or Men’s S–L

• Hip measurement must not exceed 48″ (non-stretchy costume)

• Must be available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Compensation

• $30 per hour
