Job Description
CodedDNA is casting eight speaking roles for a paid workplace training video series produced for a nonprofit human services organization. This professional, dialogue-driven production will feature realistic office scenarios centered on leadership, workplace communication, and managing professional relationships.
Filming will take place in the Nashville area on July 31 and August 1. The project includes six scripted training videos ranging from 30 to 60 seconds each and will be filmed in office and conference room settings.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform scripted dialogue in realistic workplace scenarios.
- Collaborate with the production team and follow on-set direction.
- Deliver authentic, professional performances suitable for corporate training content.
- Attend filming on your assigned production day(s).
Requirements
- Non-union performers.
- Diverse actors of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Multiple speaking roles are available across various age ranges and character types.
- Submit:
- Headshot
- Resume (or brief acting experience)
- Demo reel (or a 1–3 minute monologue if no reel is available)
- Role(s) of interest
- Availability for July 31 and/or August 1
- Character descriptions reflect creative preferences only, and strong performances from all qualified actors will be considered.
Compensation
- Half Day (up to 5 hours): $100
- Full Day (up to 10 hours, including lunch): $200
- Lunch provided for all cast members.

The project is a sports-inspired hype video that will screen internally at the company’s annual kickoff event. Selected actors will portray construction workers and field salespeople, posing and performing energetic action shots in a studio designed to resemble an intense, smoky sports hype room. The casting includes multiple male and female Hype Actor roles, along with one male performer who will appear both in the hype video and separately as a foreman at a jobsite.
Job Responsibilities
- Portray construction workers or field salespeople in a corporate hype video.
- Perform staged poses and energetic action shots as directed.
- Work comfortably in a sports-inspired studio environment.
- Foreman performer will also portray a foreman at a jobsite.
Requirements
- Hype Actors: Male and female performers appearing mid-20s to late 30s.
- Foreman + Hype Actor: Male performer appearing mid-20s to mid-30s.
- All ethnicities are encouraged to submit.
- Grounded, hands-on appearance preferred.
- Construction work boots and pants are a plus. Wardrobe will otherwise be provided.
Compensation
$100 per person for a 2-hour shoot. Overtime paid at 1.5x.
