Casting Call: Gaming Enthusiasts in the Public Sector
Job Details: A leading telecommunications brand is excited to announce a casting call for passionate gamers who are currently employed within the public sector. This unique opportunity will feature real-life gaming enthusiasts in an upcoming advertising campaign. Participants will be required to film themselves engaging with gaming content at their own residence during March or April of 2024.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in filming sessions from your home, ensuring high-quality video and audio for submission.
- Showcase your gaming skills and passion through engaging on-camera presence.
- Provide authentic testimonials and insights about your experience as a gamer working in the public sector.
- Collaborate with the production team to fulfill the creative direction of the campaign.
- Adhere to filming schedules and deadlines provided by the casting agency.
Requirements:
- Must be currently employed within the public sector.
- Should have a genuine passion for gaming and be well-versed with different gaming platforms and genres.
- Comfortable with filming oneself and having the footage used in a public advertising campaign.
- Must have the appropriate setup for home filming, including good lighting, quiet space, and a capable camera setup.
- Excellent communication skills and a charismatic on-camera presence.
- Must be available for filming during March or April of 2024 and adhere to the production timeline.
- No acting experience required, but must be comfortable in front of the camera.
Compensation:
- Participants will be compensated with £500 for their involvement in the project.
- Additionally, a gaming equipment haul valued at £1,000 will be provided to each participant.

This is a short documentary airing on a major news network in Summer 2021. We are filming in mid-March. Travel and expenses will be provided if necessary. This is a non-union production. Covid protocols will be strictly adhered. Tests will be provided for all talent and crew.
