We are seeking related family pairings such as a grandmother with her real grandson, nephew, or a close family friend. This casting call is for an upcoming TV commercial for a prominent New Zealand brand. The shoot will involve a simple, heartwarming scene where the grandson visits his grandmother for a cup of tea and they engage in a meaningful conversation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in auditions and any necessary rehearsals.
- Act in a TV commercial, playing the roles of a grandmother and grandson.
- Engage authentically in a conversation scene as directed.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be of Māori descent and represent a grandmother-grandson pairing.
- Must be based in or near Auckland, New Zealand.

Compensation:
- $5,000 NZD each (minus tax).
- Compensation includes payment for the shoot day and rights for the commercial to be aired on NZ TV, cinema, and the internet for 1 year.
