Two rural North Carolina cucumber farmers facing foreclosure of their beloved family farm approach an Oscar-winning actress-turned-beauty guru with a formula for a super-effective beauty mask. But when she tries to buy the farm right out from under them, our “hayseed heroes” must act fast, or they’ll find themselves in a real pickle! Duncan Christy and Ina Chadwick’s musical comedy, Rue d’Awakening, is a ridiculous romp on the rural side that you’re sure to feel in your funny bone!

- A modern-day Granny Clampett. After a failed love affair with her husband Buck, she returns to Loblolly Farms, owned by her family. That is if the bank doesn’t seize it for taxes owed.

This emotionally powerful drama explores themes of grief, loss, and healing as a family navigates life after a tragic accident. Performers will have the opportunity to showcase their dramatic range in a deeply moving stage performance.
Job Responsibilities
