The role is suited for a middle-aged male performer (40+ preferred) to create a short 4:5 vertical video with a natural, trustworthy tone. The deliverable is a 30–45 second phone-shot video designed to feel friendly, conversational, and relatable—ideal for talent experienced in UGC video ads and direct-to-camera performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Film a 30–45 second vertical UGC video using a smartphone

• Deliver lines with a genuine, friendly, non-salesy tone

• Follow a simple script or improvise from a brief when needed

• Record clear audio with strong lighting and stable video quality

• Speak directly to homeowners interested in selling their property

Requirements
