Job Description
Scottsdale Fashion Week is seeking 2 local makeup artists to join the backstage team and help create runway-ready looks for SFW models. This opportunity gives local makeup artists the chance to showcase their artistry in a fast-paced fashion environment and contribute to the runway experience. Selected artists must be available Oct. 8–10 and bring their own fully stocked, professional traveling makeup kit.
Job Responsibilities
- Create runway-ready makeup looks for SFW models.
- Execute makeup looks within tight backstage timelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced backstage environment.
- Collaborate professionally with the backstage team.
- Apply makeup for diverse skin tones and complexions.
Requirements
- Must be a local makeup artist.
- Must provide your own fully stocked, professional traveling makeup kit.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced backstage environment.
- Experience working with diverse skin tones and complexions.
- Ability to execute runway looks within tight timelines.
- Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Must be available Oct. 8–10.
