Job Description
A new Netflix series, Little House on the Prairie, is casting the role of Myron — an Indigenous male character from the Osage Nation, in his early 20s. Myron is a spirited, rebellious, and clever youth with a strong personality and a knack for stirring things up. This role explores the complexities of a young man driven by both personal anger and the societal pressures around him. No previous acting experience is required for this paid opportunity.
Character Overview – Myron
Myron is a 19th-century version of a disaffected youth — full of justifiable anger and a desire to push limits. He expresses his emotions through pranks, bravado, and occasional recklessness. While his actions might seem provocative, they stem from deep feelings of frustration, boredom, and the search for meaning and expression. This character requires authenticity, strong presence, and emotional depth.
