Job Description
A new independent film is casting featured background roles for boys to portray the lead character’s sons. This is a great opportunity for young performers to gain experience on a professional set in a meaningful, story-driven project. Filming will take place throughout July in the Lancaster, PA area, and the production welcomes both union and non-union talent.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear on screen in background scenes as the lead actor’s son

• Follow on-set direction from the production and assistant directing team

• Participate in a range of emotional or scenic sequences in support of the story

• Maintain focus and cooperation while filming with cast and crew

Requirements

• Caucasian boys, ages 7–12

• Must be a local hire in the Lancaster, PA area

• Available throughout the month of July

• Must submit photos, name, age, phone number, and current location

Compensation

• Paid under union background rates

• Non-union performers also considered

• Meals and on-set support provided during filming days
