Produced by Alan Mooney of Big Things Films Ltd., and penned by Max Porter, this film seeks to portray the dynamic and emotional lives of characters expelled from school, now living at an unconventional residential school in the South West of England.
Job Responsibilities:
- Portray a complex character with a troubled past and emotional depth.
- Work collaboratively with the director, cast, and crew to bring the story to life.
- Participate in rehearsals as scheduled.
- Be available for shooting on location as required.
- Contribute to promotional activities for the film, including media interviews and premiere attendance, if needed.
Requirements:
- Male actors aged 17 to 20 years old.
- Ability to portray characters who have been expelled from school and have a lot of life in them through family, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Open to all ethnicities, particularly Black British and British Asian.
- Open to actors from any socio-economic background, especially working-class.
- No prior professional acting experience required, but must exhibit a strong passion for acting and storytelling.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
